Science says how many times a week you should exercise
Through a study of 64,000 Scottish and British people analyzed who had no activity, who had a moderate activity and others with much more work of exercise a week.
The researchers found that performing at least two workouts a week made people 41% less likely to die of cardiovascular disease and 18% less likely to die of cancer than sedentary people. On the other hand, more than two workouts did not have greater benefits.
In conclusion, it is sufficient to exercise twice a week, nor do we mean that physical activities more days can result with few benefits, but to have an average health is enough with two days.
