@justtryme90 this is a great information and well broken down scientific research. I knew exercise is important for youth and elders but i have never thought of the "amount " that is enough. If 43 minutes per week is consider an optimum time, i would be glad if such information is made freely attached and "advertised" in medias and hospitals. Thanks for doing justice to this article.
