Nice post! However, there are not to much brown fat in the human body, unless you got a large hibernoma! Do you know have much percentage of the human fat that is 'brown'?

5% of babies total body mass is brown adipose tissue, and this decreases as we age. As for adults, I am not sure about about the exact percentages but it is very small and found in specific areas.

I didn't even know that hibernoma's existed before reading that, very interesting. I am assuming these tumours are given the name hibernoma in reference to hibernating mammals which have a large amount of brown adipose tissue in order to keep warm when hibernating during winter.
