Unlike all the other seismic predicting techniques which BTW are reactionary in nature, meaning if the ground is rumbling there could be an earthquake or volcanic eruption, the new system I have painstakingly hammered out over years of research takes many components into consideration, those components are big factors in the science of seismic event forecasting and they are as follows.
1, Planetary alignments
2, The Moons Metonic cycle and alignment
3, The Moons on other’s planets and their alignment.
4, Seasons on earth.
5, The relative position of our solar system in regards to the galactic plain.
