Little Mermaid Sculpture - 1:12 Scale
Omg..it´s been ages since I posted something here on steemit 🙄
I will really try to be more active again now and I´m back with a little mermaid sculpture 😊🧜♀️
Here are some working progress pics for you:
Nearly unpainted head with inset eyes (the eyes are made by me, too)
Nearly finished painted head 😁 Painted with genesis colors, my all time favorite on polymerclay:
And here some WIP pics of the body:
And...the finished sculpture again 😏
And here is a short video of her on youtube, so you can see her from every side, if you want:
Have a wonderful creative day! 🎨

Very cool @maysi-art, this style of sculpting looks like a lot of fun.
Neat magic trick going between black and clear thumbnails, too. 👍🏿 How did you do that??
@dandays sorry for the late answer! Thank you so much! :-)
I did the black and clear thumbnail in my video editing program. I use a software from Magix.

This is spectacular! Such a beautiful intricate mermaid <3 I love all the step by step images that show just how much love and effort went into creating something so beautiful <3 I
@mumma-monza ...awww...thank you so very much! And sorry for answering so late!
Oooh what a fantastic cration! I do sculpting myself, only digitally. I love the colour details, especially her skin with those redish touch that make it more realistic. Usually when I paint a human (or humanoid) skin I only slap one skin colour, because I'm not sure where to add the details...
@rainite thank you very much! :-) Yes, I was unsure, too where to "blush" a sculpt to make it look realistic.
