There are many untold stories of the sea! Life at sea in the wind and waves!

On this fishing boat Japanese employed Indonesians to work for $300/month and they had to stay on board for 2 or 3 years without any holiday! They slept on bunk beds and rarely had any time to go ashore. They fished for blue fin tuna (very expensive fish - see video at bottom)

Going ashore is always a big treat for seafarers and time to relax and de-stress!

2013 VIDEO Rescue of a Burmese seaman!
"He was working on a Thai fishing vessel for about 6 months, after he asked for payment and home leave they dumped him into the sea. ... He was struggling in the water for about four hours! Luckily one of our seaman on deck heard some fainting shouting for help."
