40 grams wholemeal pasta, any shape
75 grams cooked prawns
1 stalk celery, diced
1/2 red capsicum, diced
1 tablespoon reduced fat mayonnaise
salt
pepper
1 tsp fresh chives
Cook pasta according to packet directions and set aside to cool.
Peel prawns if not already.
When pasta is cool, combine with celery, capsicum and mayonnaise.
Season with salt and pepper.
Top salad with prawns and a sprinkle of chives to serve.
Seafood is great!
