Will Seasteading make us more free?

On a boat cruise in Tokyo I thought it the perfect opportunity to ask Randy Hencken, director of the Seasteading Institute, what Seasteading is and why it's so important. We talk about the individual's right to secede and vote with their feet... or flippers.
