If a government claiming to act within it's powers rescinds, suspends, or alters in any way, any part of the
Bill of Rights, that government No Longer is Legitimate or legal and ALL TRUE American Patriots have NOT ONLY the
Right but the Sacred DUTY to overthrow that body and replace it with a government the DOES PROTECT the Bill of
Rights.
In event of a unconstitutional and therefore UNLAWFUL regime acting under Color of Law to revoke suspend rescind,
alter or in any way to replace the Bill of Rights or any portion therof Armed resistance becomes the the Right and the DUTY of ALL TRUE American Patriots.
It is a necessity at this point to replace that "government in order to preserve the Birth-Right of Liberty bequeathed to ALL TRUE Americans By Nature and Nature's God To act to preserve the Inalienable God-Given and thus Irrevokable sacred Rights to Life, Liberty, Property The Right to Self-Defense and the Right to Pursue Happiness inherent in Our existence.
Assume that the Left-Wing Neo-Bolshevik Urban based globalists Democrat Party and their RINO globalist Main Stream
Republicans supplemented by the Deep State Buerocrats and substantial numbers of the LEO/Police are willing to act
in violation of their Oaths by taking action to in "Color of Law" act as if the Second Amendment can be revoked and
pass a law or amendment to their satisfaction making it so.
Should we obey?
The answer is NO.
At the point that any part of the Bill of Rights is negated in any way by a power pretending to act as a government, then the advocates and adherents of such a Usurpation have just committed TREASON. By doing so they have lost irrovocably the right to be called American by their TREASON.
All TRUE Americans Must RESIST them, with ALL means at their disposal, including at times adventagous to the Patriot cause, taking up arms to remove the criminal treasonous elements from power.
This is in answer to the Left wing efforts to remove the Second Amendment to the Bill of Rights from the Constitution through their "gun marches.
Gun control is people control, asking one group (government with guns) to take a God Given Natural Law right from the People by force. It is usurpation and a invitation to the People to take back their government and as the Declaration says create another that will better guard those Rights given by Nature and Natures God.
America was founded to form a government tasked with protecting the Rights given by Nature and Nature's God. Any government that acts to infringe on those Sacred Rights has lost it's reason and justification to exist and it is the DUTY of ALL Americans to Take whatever action is required to restore protection to those Sacred God-Given Rights.
Nothing good will happen should they try to take the guns of the Americans. We are like the Spartans, many of us a warrior people ready to fight for our freedom and rights!
It would turn into civil war. Some would willingly give up their guns but many would not. And resorting to fighting for them would ensue and the police would have to start using deadly force, just as the citizens would.
It's a shame it would have to come to that but that is how it would be.
