But the level of detail of each feeling, sensation, and desire the woman in your previous secret-writer felt would be....less desirable to read than a women's inner thoughts, feelings, and sensations.

I am not sure why I like these stories.....I have always wanted to be inside someone else's mind, for as long as I can remember. I suppose this is the closest I will ever come to achieving that goal. And despite being kind of a control freak in my own life now that I'm a sober adult, coming clean after a number of years being an addict, I enjoy reading about people's real life stories.
