Looking at the account page listing all transactions for everyone I keep seeing the ownership keys listed there. Hive seems to work a bit differently from other crypto projects in terms of keys, and I just want to make sure we're not accidentally listing private keys anywhere. Are all of these just the public keys for tracking different account abilities?
I would have to plug in the USB device I saved my key file to check if the keys match; but, pulled it till I can record them all in a more secure and permanent manner.
There are always two keys associated: the public and the private. The public one can be viewed by anyone. Just the algorithm makes the comparison with the private keys and tells if it's the one that fits... The private key is the one you have to keep safe and not share it with anyone!
