I agree with that, or if not sent to the team leader, they should in one body provide a secretary who would handle the affairs of the money. that would save a lot of strees and money mis-management

I doubt anyone will agree on this. Because a secretary will cause delay. Anyway, not bad for anyone to pass through a channel before going to the boss. If this was an office, one mights the secretary before seeing the boss. So not a totally bad idea
