This happened to me when I switched to Q Link. I contacted q link wireless customer support, and they walked me through manually entering the network settings. Turns out the auto-setup wasn’t working on my phone model. Make sure your phone is unlocked and compatible if it’s still stuck, they’ll help reset your account on their end. It worked for me in under an hour!
