There was a hard fork yesterday. From now on it takes 7 days to receive a payout. Initially the rewards are shown lower, but they will grow by the time the payout happens. in 30 days payouts will be fully normalized again.
It's a one time event, and it wasn't well communicated.
Yes, demotruk gave the right answer. We have moved to version 18 and there has been some bumps. Hopefully payouts will grow back to normal soon.
