It's been quite a while. Right around the last time I posted, I got a new job that is much more stressful than my older job. Plus, I've still been working weekends sometimes at the Psychiatric Hospital.
At first, I didn't like my job and was always scared of letting people down. Also, we are finding housing for people without homes with the help of the government. The government gives us so little money that it is impossible to find apartments for my people.
Luckily, we have a new Housing Navigator that is working very hard, contacting landlords and working deals. So, it is much more hopeful.
Now, I am working on other goals with my clients such as getting a driver's license, getting food stamps, and getting a job. This is much more down my alley as I love helping people succeed.
I have definitely taken a break with my marketing and focused on my mental health, but even that is getting better. I actually feel hopeful where before I felt stuck.
I can't promise that I will be posting every day. In fact, what I'm doing is reading self-help books and creating "cliff notes" of them. I will be posting them on my blog and maybe sharing some of the ideas here.
I'm not sure what I'm doing but I know I want to work on myself in order to help others do the same. Well, you will be seeing me around again every so often.
Take care,
John
