One thing I learned to do is self-checking my thoughts and what i say to myself every hour of the day. It sounds a like a lot of work, but this helps you to redirect your energy where it needs to go. Over time, the self-checking decreases because you are training yourself to have a positive mind which eventually makes you feel better everyday of your life.
