RE: Trump3t: The Non-Self Voter Promoter Evening Update! 🎺

in #selfvote7 years ago (edited)

@winstonwolfe I appreciate the concern. My intention is only to highlight non-self voters which I had surmised would be good for Steemit as a platform and encourages others to visit your post for engagement. If you do not wish to be featured, I will be happy to create an exception in my script.

Furthermore, trump3t is currently operating at a loss of roughly 0.2-0.3 SBD per day but we believe in this project. Rewards are given out daily to followers and SP is used to further support non self-voters. Trump3t is indeed a community support initiative.

Sort:

@trump3t ... Thanks for the initiative and also for supporting new steem members. I sincerely believe that you will be able to create a community that will affect generations. Just keep doing the good work ... Together we can make a great and better community for everyone ... Kudos

My concern is simply being asked for permission to repost my content, rather than to be told it has been reposted. In the event that one of these posts happened to garner, say, $50. Would you be keeping that or dispersing it among the creators you featured?

Trump3t queries a total of 100 posts and usually finds somewhere around 15 or so that are not self-voted ( a sad thing in and of itself). If there was a 'do not share' attribute on posts, it would be a cinch but it is not the case I'm afraid.

The problem is that we want to get authors rewards prior to payout so time is of the essence. The overhead introduced from having to stop and request permission would essentially kill the efficacy of the what the project aims to do for Steemians.

There is no intention of cashing out on Trump3t. Rest assured, we plan to use any and all rewards to power up and further support non-self voters.
