Wish i saw this 2 months ago. Definitely a hot topic that more ppl should investigate for both their own and their "partners" benefit !

I have a couple of friends who are avid pole dancers. They've spoken very positively about how it has effective/improved their lives from getting over eating disorders to feeling healthy to confident and extremely comfortable with the changes in their bodies (like becoming stronger and more muscular etc.)

It does not matter that you have seen it until now, the important thing is that you have read it. Exercise (whatever it is) always increases self-esteem, improves physical capacity and appearance, makes us healthy and in a better mood. Thanks for reading JB!
