Basic Site Seo Tactics for Beginners.
Very simple tips today on SEO for anyone considering building their own website, firstly for SEO, I recommend that you use a platform such as Wordpress or Joomla. With these 2 platforms there are plenty of SEO plugins available to help you.
I certainly recommend Yoast SEO, this is in my opinion one of the best on the market although there are plenty of other good ones out there. (We have been using Yoast for some years so we are very familiar with it.) If you are using Yoast or a similar plug in, then I also recommend that you go through their tutorials, these will help you guide you with your SEO implementation.

Finally, if your website contains a contact form, and you are dealing in the European market, it is important that you are GDPR compliant. Minimum requirements are for you to have a cookie disclaimer bar on your site as well as a privacy policy page.

Thanks for the tip. Yoast has been the #1 Wordpress SEO plugin for years. Anyone with a Wordpress website should be using it. The only time I'd think someone won't use Yoast is if they're using a framework like Genesis, which I think has their own SEO plugin.
