Some people don't realise that cheap things are cheap for a reason. If they don't check exactly what they are getting then it's on them. You have my sympathies.

So Laptops come with chargers; obviously, when you buy a refurb base unit, that's what you get, the base unit. Refurb suppliers are like breakers yards. They'll remove bits because they can be sold as a separate item, so things like Kettle leads and keyboard and mouse become an additional revenue stream. The same can be said for monitors, power lead and VGA cable.
I've seen the ads for refurbs. Seems reasonable as a lot of people will have the other bits anyway, especially if upgrading an old PC. But some people want the moon on a stick.

They don't generally remove anything from inside the tin. (Case) I only deal in grade A and generally no older than 18 Months, although older stuff for cheapskates is available. The only thing that annoys me is when you get the odd one that clearly wants brand new but doesn't want to pay the price. They say stupid things like, "What's its history?" How the F would I know? And in any case, under the data protection act, I couldn't tell you anyway! (That's because a lot of them come from banks or financial institutions. Those guys aren't daft and always have the latest kit.)
You need to stake more BEER (24 staked BEER allows you to call BEER one time per day)
