You can use photoshop to open video sequence files or photos in Photoshop. MPEG-1, MPEG-4, MOV, AVI, FLV, MPEG-2, BMP, Dicom, JPEG, OpenEXR, PNG, PSD, Targa, TIFF, Cineon and JPEG 2000 are the formats for video and image sequence that supports Photoshop.

Open the document in a document to open the video file
. From the Window menu, select Animation
. Go to the timeline view by clicking the Convert to Timeline Animation button.
. Click on the Layers menu
. Click New Video Layer from File and select the video file.
. To add a video file to the layer, select File - Open command and select the video file.
The preview of the video will be seen by removing the playback head. You can also use the playstep command by pressing Spacebar.
Slow or fade up the video
The video framerate can make the video more easily in slimosh video or fake video. The faster the framerate the video will fade, the framerate will be slow down the video.
. Click the Animation Options button in the timeline view.
. Click Document Settings.
. Change the value of frames per second.
