Hi everyone!
So today I decided to try and video my push-ups at the gym! I think this went well... If you ignore the half dressed people in the hot-tub bellow and boost your speakers due to the poor sound in the video! Sorry about that! X__x I'm still figuring things out and that's half the fun of all this! It's a challenge (not just because it's push-ups)! Doing the technical things to make good videos really is an art form so I am appreciating that more and more these days!
NOTE:
Guys! Girls! If you have any video experience that you would like to share with me by all means let me know! I'm wide open to learn as much as I can to make my videos better!
I hope that you enjoy watching the renegade row push-ups! For those wondering... I decided to double up my usual count of 7... Because I don't actually like to do set's of odd numbers (at least when I'm doing a one side at a time exercise like the one in the video. Doubling up allowed me the chance to work each side equally you see...! :)
So yeah! Even numbers are your friends if your attempting to maintain balance throughout the body! All this said... I'm still all about the 7reps and the 77 days! :D
