Iphone Xs Max (Testing Shots) Iphone Photography

Hello guys,

Let's talk about the new Iphone XS Max.

This is a selfie shots of me. It has been edited.

However, let me show you some features about this phone:

What I have is the Iphone XS max 256GB..

"There is no home button. To take a screen shots - you need to press both off/on and high volume at the same time in order for you to screen shots the display of this phone."

Feels heavy of course(for small hand lady) because it is like the Iphone plus size of the older version.

THE REAL PURPOSE OF THIS BLOG IS TO SHARE WITH YOU ABOUT THE PORTRAIT MODE:

In portait settings, you can see

NATURAL LIGHT

STUDIO LIGHT

CONTOUR LIGHT

STAGE LIGHT

STAGE LIGHT MONO.

I will show you some example of each features:

NATURAL LIGHT

This image is set to DF4.5 in natural light on a selfie- meaning the camera face me. You see the background. It is blurry. It is just how I like when taking shots with a phone. Compare with natural light, I have a better skin tone in this studio light mode.

STUDIO LIGHT

The same depth of field but in studio light mode. Fantastic detail of my skin. Background blur.

CONTOUR LIGHT

In this shots, I do not seems to identify between studio and contour light.

They look similar.

STAGE LIGHT

Without changing my position and background, you can see that in this shots, my background is black.

Very precise , skin and tone of my skin is clear withiout grains. Even the shots were all handheld.

STAGE LIGHT MONO

 

In stage light mono shots, the image is black and white.

I did not change my position. I was still setting in the same spot as I took other images.

Is it worth to buy a $2050 Singapore Dollar phone?

I have this phone for simple reason:

- I like something that is handy.

- I need something that when I take a shots, I am able to use it to post to social media.

- Most of All I like something that takes quality image.

So far, I only have this phone for 3 days now.

Never know I can find fault with it.

DO NOT BUY THIS PHONE.

- If you think you only need a phone, do not buy this phone. Keep what you have.

- I assume there are good apps too to capture great images.

I just cannot find that app yet.
