If the roles were switched for just one day, you better believe things would be different. Start counting the perpetrators and make a list. I count too many victims and dizzy from reading their heartbreaking stories, so many, too many including myself.

What a strong and deep statement!!!!!!! Thank you for this! I was waiting for those kind of comments when I made this super short post. I couldn't find words nor did I feel to tell my personal story. I already forgave and moved on.....
Thanks, but I just did repeat Inna Shevshenko's statement (on which I deeply agree). I believe patriarchy has a lot to answer for in terms of today's problems, behaviours and behaviour problems.

Sometimes those ugly memories pop up in my mind but I push them away. Those 2 words helped me to express my pain I still carry inside me. I am not "alone" and it makes me sad all over again.

I had to smile! Nothing else to do than to continue walking, earning my well deserved respect and keep all dirty fingers off my body. Anger vanished but memories never do.
Strangely enough, I'm a man who has been harassed by allegedly straight men... It seemed they were cloaking their disgusting power trip in a joke. Damned bastards. So of course I feel for women who are harassed (and they're usually harassed on a much deeper level).
I'm for women defending themselves in any way possible... self-defense tactics, fire-arms, tasers, whatever it takes to defend themselves, even if it means permanent damage or death for those attacking them. Enough is enough.
Women should be the light in a man's life but sadly, some men chose to make them cry
