We've seen the pressers from the different EPL club managers. So far, there has been no injury news on any of the players that gave us the good start to the new season last weekend.
Rashford and Maura are the two players we would have loved to change from the team that played last week with Richarlison being the major target to come in for the later.
With most of the world cup stars coming straight back into the Spurs 11 last week and Maura blanking, I'm sceptical about his starting place this gameweek. Hopefully, the injury to Lamela and Son's absence due to the Asian games will give him extra time in the starting 11 for this plum fixture against Fulham.
Rashford didn't perform too well in United's 2:1 win over Leicester City last gameweek. He may get a start on the right hand side of the attacking 3 in place of Juan Mata. I can't see him starting ahead of Lukaku as the striker in the game against Briton. I'll just keep bot players and hope they can give me some parting points.
We are looking at a couple of differential players that we love to bring in from gameweek 3. The team did well in the first game of the season and except something extraordinary happens between now and the gameweek deadline, we are most definitely fielding the same 11 that won the last game.
Raheem Sterling came straight into the City 11 last gameweek despite having less than a Weeks training with the rest of the squad. He scored a goal and also posted some great attacking stats. He's in my rather alongside Vardy and Richarlison. If Mane continues to outscore Salah in the short term I'll take him off to raise some funds.
Concerns have also been raised about Aguero's pitch time with Jesus posing a threat to his starting place or maybe they can both line up together. Kane has been my fire and forget premium striker since I started playing this game, let's hope he can break his August jinx this year.
Another good point haul would be nice for gameweek 2 but I'm expecting a low scoring gameweek compared with gameweek 1.
