Hahahaha... you're kidding me, right? You cannot possibly actually believe that to be true.

Tickets have been logged (to follow process), but before that Facebook messages sent, Discord (group and private) (voice and text) chats had for months (with Jonn, not you)... and hardly ever an answer to the actual topic in question was received.
p.s. I assume you're not going to apologise for your previous message/retract it either?

Edit: I just noticed all my support tickets have been closed (after weeks of being open) without a response.

Anyway... I don't expect you to actually respond with anything remotely coherent... so please don't, unless it's with actual answers to the questions already posed.
