I believe they will turn into Collector Coins... The Melt Value for the One Ounce of Silver will be $3.50... Any Collector Premiums would Fluctuate at Fair Market Value... There's really no telling what that might be...
If turned in for their $3.50 Melt Value, We the People would re-use the Silver to make $5.00 Face Value One Ounce Silver Eagle Coins, with the same $3.50 Melt Value as the One Dollar Bullion Coins... That will bring a lot of Silver back to the U.S. Treasury for the New $5 Silver Eagles...
It will work the same way with Gold Bars from the Central Bank Owners... When they need "our" Money, they will sell us their Gold Bars at Melt Value Prices... We the People will turn around and use that Gold to Mint One Ounce, $50 Gold Eagles... That will bring lots of Gold back to the United States Treasury...
