If you only put share2steem in the tags section of YouTube when uploading, the indexing takes a lot of time (12 - 24 hours) and so the cross-posting will happen only after that delay.Hi, for YouTube you need to put the hashtag #share2steem in the video description for it to be cross-posted in reasonable delays (5 mins tops).
