Hi Hive
what I learn from My teacher is when we put in our brain the something goes out.
what he is trying to point out is if we learn or letion read positive stories novels , self-help book then we take out the same thing that we learn it.
like thieves know how to thieves then they will try to thieves when they get in trouble or in a hard situation.
so lets start learning something positive each day and use it so we will remember and get habit of using it.
