Hey, great update! I can really feel the effort you're putting into your health. I've experienced some pain during walks too, but your perseverance and changes are truly inspiring. I've also started jogging for about 3-4 months now, 2-3 times a week, and it's been a mood booster for me, enjoying the fresh air just like you. Improved sleep is a major plus! Keep up the great work💪
