Everyone gets a little scream of dissatisfaction from the body when they decide to change rhythm.
So sorry about the shin pains but with consistent movements and walking, it'll get less and less till it's gone.

I've also began sleeping earlier too..
The previous 3am till 6am sleep has now been moved to 11pm to 6am with a few times of inconsistencies in-between 😂
