Porridge with frozen berries is nice but I couldn’t stomach that in this heat!

Neither here in Denmark. Thats why I make my own budget-ramen :D

I dont like the frozen berries on top. It better if the berries have been microwaved for 30 sec, so you get the juice out of them :D

But I just eat the porriage with cinnam and salt + oat milk as the base :D

Näistä Murkku on ehdoton suosikkini. Salmiakki-mansikasta en niinkään välitä. Koppis menettelee. Amppari on tosi hyvää ja selkeä kakkonen.

Hinta on jotain 60 senttiä. Toissapäivänä uimareissun yhteydessä ostin kaksi Murkkua ja Ampparin ja Koppiksen itselleni, koska satuin käymään Siwassa, jossa niitä oli myynnissä. S-marketeista näitä ei saa ollenkaan.

I'd recommend you throw some banana in there too. You know ... for the extra potassium.

Because potassium "helps regulate fluid balance, muscle contractions and nerve signals." which I think is very important when it's as hot as it looks there.

Banana is not my fave to be honest but yeah, I really should eat it more often. It just tastes more like baby food than a refreshing fruit.
