Our Experiences With The WISH Shopping App.

Has anyone else used the WISH shopping app on their phone?

We have and these are some of our experiences.

My husband and my son and I have used the WISH app on our phones to buy some little things for the home and for us.

We have had too many problems with this app.

The photos don't show a scale for sizing for cake moulds, I ordered what looked like big cake moulds and I got some miniature ice cube moulds.

Then I ordered a t-Shirt with a V-Neck and I got a normal T-Shirt and it was two sizes too small. Not a regular size M but a mini sized M like what would be in the shops a XS.

My husband bought himself a tracksuit and a jacket, they fit me perfectly, I wear S or M, he wears XXL.

To prove my point here is proof that it fits me and our daughter perfectly! XXL!!!!!

This is not the only problems when ordering from WISH, we have not received most items anywhere near the promised delivery dates, some items are late over a month now, like for example the watches my husband ordered for the children, we are still waiting for the rest of them. It looks like they only put one in the package instead of three.

Or in this case the TShirt was the right size, but the print was totally wrong, it was supposed to be a red cross and this is what he got,

I don't think that we will use WISH any more after we clear up these orders with them, we are very upset with the service.

Has anyone else had similar problems with WISH?

Wrong sizes, wrong products, late deliveries and the list goes on.

To be fair many of the items that do not depend upon size or colour do arrive, some a little earlier than listed, but this doesn't fix the problems that we have listed above, it proves that they can get it right when they want to.

I have used this post to share our experiences with shopping online with WISH, maybe you can share some of your experiences, price savings do not cover the cost of the frustrations.

I agree with you! I ordered some decorations for my husbands birthday 3 months before the day and never received it.

Yes, we have some things waiting from over two months ago too. Very frustrating.

similar problems but prices are low, i stick with things that cost a few bucks and don't worry about the things that come wrong
