Hey @xalycatx....It's said that things that don't kill us make us stronger. I believe this is truth. I believe, too, that everything we experience is to be used as a means for helping others going through.

May I suggest you consider joining a Zumba class to get your adrenaline going, and help add positive energy flow. And, on the other side, quiet reflection is also good for holistic healing.

Btw, the best way to counter this is to just block the offender, and know that hurting people love to hurt others; and, you can't know they're trying to hurt you if they can't get through. And, if they do, block 'em again!!!!...lol...Never give evil power over you...never.
