- The riots were started when a 41 years old from majority majority Sinhalese community is killed in a mob attack, and that group is supposed to be from muslim community.
- The development followed anti-muslim attacks in Kandy, located in Sri Lanka Central province.
- as I shared earlier in an article this year in February maldaivian president declared emergency rule for a fortnite, shrilanka is 2nd country in South Asia region to apply state of emergency.
That's really sad and unpredictable that something like this is happening in neighbour country.
