you can trade this...but what's the point of dumping it after the fork? It's not like you can collect more coin pre-dump and maybe a few traders will buy it up thinking there will be a new coin during the fork (there wont) but nothing has really changed here except a programming update shift from 30 min blocks to 10 min blocks to accomadate the new asic miners in mid 2018.
well the main point would be to gain profit for medium term...other than that, SC is only good for long term over 6 months
