Anyone who understands the foundation of the fiat currency monetary system realizes that in order to support the paper debt as assets fractional reserve banking scheme digital dollars need to stay in the system.
Otherwise, the base becomes too narrow for the top.
Simply review historical accounts in the 1800s about bank failures, this is because they lent out too much currency versus their gold reserves and depositors felt their gold was unsecured. Today, we are all unsecured creditors to the banks (but don't worry we have the FDIC to protect EVERYONE).
I ask:
Have americans been psychologically influenced to never purchase investment silver to store outside the banking system?
Because Charts dictate emotion, if you can control the charts, can you then effectively control emotion/desire/action?
