It will be a combination of both plus a third one you have not mentioned above. The dollar will loose value, Silver will be worth more, but the 3rd is the most important one and that is ALL SILVER DERIVATIVE CONTRACTS will be put on to the BLOCKCHAIN which will cause a huge spike up..!! Stephen
