To remember, what you should do is simple, try to walk in different places. Let me explain: Do you usually walk in the park, do you take the same route? DO NOT do it, it is the same park but the routes are different, so your brain must make an effort, it is a good therapy to remember, to force the brain with subtlety, when you overwhelm it, it does NOT react.

I tend to have a "One Track Brain"... On a good note, it does keep me occupied in thought... My thoughts wander all over the place... I use to listen to Art Bell in my sleep... The more interesting him and his Guests were, the faster I'd fall asleep... There's no telling what I learned in my sleep... What have I become...lol...???
