Afternoon/evening everyone….
The weather has been amazing all week so far, we haven’t had any rain at all, nothing but blue skies. Our sweet has its own private roof top lounge. We have our very own personal hot tub. Across from the hot tub we have our very own cabana as well.
Our butler made us reservations at the steakhouse restaurant. It is a well thought out and unique set up.
We ordered the picanha steak with a side of mashed potatoes. If you don’t know what that is, let me tell you. It is the top cap of the sirloin just above what we all know as a sirloin steak. It is removed from the sirloin steak and sold separately as a cap steak or picanha. It is a very tender and flavorful piece, well know in Brazilian steakhouses.
It was excellent, cooked perfectly medium rare for me and it was perfectly seasoned. Very tender and the mashed potatoes were silk.
They bring you over a seasoning board for your steak if you’d like to use them. The three bowls had the following in them: one had hard flake sea salt, the middle had smoked flaked sea salt, the last was a truffle, garlic, pepper blend. I did not try any of them, the seasoning was spot on already for me.
We finished with cheesecake. It was not the cheesecake I am used to, but it was ok.
This was a top notch steakhouse for sure.

It all looks delicious and the amenities seem amazing. I know sometimes cabanas can be prime real estate so it is nice you have a private one.
