Second Day of Christmas ….

Afternoon everyone…..

Today will be my second installment of the “Stackers Twelve Days of Christmas”.

In case you are new to this or maybe want to join in on the festivities. Here is how it works….

Each day you post a gift that you would like to receive for Christmas. It needs to be precious metal related to qualify. The items can be something you’d like from our silvergoldstackers Secret Santa. Or they could also be something that you really truly wish was a possible gift.

So……

On the second day of Christmas, I would like a Yankee Clipper silver round.

I am unsure of the mint that produced these. There were a handful of mints that used ships on their rounds. The Liberty Mint is one, the Patriot Mint is another. There just isn’t enough information cataloged on these old rounds.

On top of it being a ship round which is automatically a winner for. But it is also a silver trade unit. Which I am also a big fan of. Win Win…..

Here is a picture of the round from a current active listing on eBay.

Thank you for contributing more great content to the #SilverGoldStackers tag.
You have created a Precious Gem!

I like this initiative, what I want for Christmas is NOT coins, I guess this limits my participation.
I wish you a happy night

Now that is very cool! I love the silver trade units as well, and not horribly priced on eBay I noticed!

Hmmm... this is an APM round. Also USS Constitution.

I had my eye on this round but they are a little difficult to come by in Canada.

Love this one!
