You can get onto Sentosa free if you don't take the tram, entrance to universal studios is a separate entrance fee. Deciding on what to do really depends on what your interests are. If you like food, do research on different hawker centers. If you like flowers go to Garden's by the Bay and the botanical gardens.
I love Singapore! It is one of the safest and most beautiful city in the world with the lowest crime rate.
You should have tried the food in the food court. It would have been better than the Durian cake! lol......and cheaper!

I also love to travel and like to taste different food stuff but your description regarding your travelling experiences, is so cool. This is really incredible.
