twice or even triple the risk for memory loss, simply because of not eating right.. that's crazy.
Diet is important but I wasn't aware that it's this important.

But still, who could give up on cookies and ice cream?! Lol ^.^

It's really unbelievable how much of a difference the right diet makes - in combination with exercise of course.
And you don't have to give up sweets completely, just cut down the consumption and replace it with something a little more healthy!
