Week Five of the #sixweekhealth Challenge: Walking in the mountain

Hello friends of Steemit, I hope you’re fine. I will talk you about the activity that I do to keep fit and active. I love walk in the mountain this is my passion, every weekend that can, I take my shoes, my bag, my hat and call some friends for invite to walk.

This weekend we went to “Pie del Tiro” the site is very near of Merida Venezuela, this is a good place to do exercises, many people go to walk, run or ride in bicycle there. The route has high angle of inclination and many curves, being a challenge for a lot of people.

In this place we can see the beautiful city and enjoy with friends while we go into the forest.
Remember it is very important to keep hydrated and with a constant breath so as not to exhaust yourself quickly

In the forest, we can find different vegetations, since forests native until plantation of pines.

We have continued ascending the scarped mountain, in order to arrive to the top and we see another time the city after of 32 kilometers with happiness and fatigue but we know that the effort is very important to remain active, to be fit, healthy and this has value.

Walking in the mountains is not only a physical exercise, it is a way of life, it is contemplating nature with love and respect to find ourselves.
