Canyoning is a climbing sport where you must swim, jump, walk, run, but above all enjoy. If you're looking to stay active and fit canyoning is an ideal sport for you.
Before reaching the river we had to climb a mountain, in the distance we can see the city.

After we get to the waterfall you have to descend through it.

After climbing and descending the waterfall you have to swim in the river.

This sport can keep you active and healthy allows you to make friends and be someone more sociable.

All these photos represent for me one of the best walks of my life, and the day that I knew this sport. I want to share this day with the entire steemit community to motivate them to practice this sport.
