TASK OF THE WEEK
This week asks of the familiar task of preparing a healthy food recipe, so I went for one of my favourites, which is the "yam porridge".
Sit back and relax while I show you how to prepare a delicious and nutritious pot of porridge yam
My Recipe For my Yam Porridge
Here You see my table all set out with the necessary ingredients.
Let me now point out the ingredients to you one by one.
The Ingredients

Here you have the fish.

Here are the shrimps

Here is the seasoning.
I prefer you use the seasoning you are used to.

The palm oil.

Some salad pepper

I like to add some Plantain to give the porridge a sweet taste.

Now I peel the yam.

Now the yam is all cut up and ready to be cooked.

I add the shrimps and fish to the pot and cook with medium heat for about 20mins.

I add the blended pepper and onion to the pot. I also add the seasoning.
I then allow it to cook for another 10mins.

I add some chicken to the pot.

Then I add the palm oil and the vegetables and cook for 3 mins

Voila.... The meal is ready.
