Using all Dal's I make a dosa and adding with idly rice.

Hear I use for one cup of rice,I use all dal mix with one cup.
INGREDIENTS :-
Idly rice : 1 cup
TOOR dal :1/4 cup
Chena dal : 1/4 cup
Moog dal : 1/4 cup
Urand dal : 1/4 cup
Coconut : 1/2 cup greated
Salt : As required
For Seasoning :-
Oil : 3 tea spoon
Urand dal : 1/2 table spoon
Chena dal : 1/2 Table spoon
Dry chills : 2 broken in small piece
Curry leaves : 10
PREPARATION :-
STEP 1 :-
For this first we soak rice and all Dals in separate bowls.Atlest 5 hours.
STEP 2 :-
Then we wash both rice and dal neatly. Then grind them using mixy or grinder as you wish .Not grind so nice paste it has some rough paste.

Then add grated coconut and make seasoning for this mix,and mix them well now dosa batter is ready.
STEP 4 :-
Instantly using this batter we make dosa but you use this after 2 hours ,you get crispy and soft dosa.
STEP 5:-
Oil a dosa tawa or a frying pan delicately.
Warmth it well on a medium fire.
At the point when the container is sufficiently hot, pour 3/4 spoon player to the middle. Rapidly spread it to a thin dosa.

In dosa batter we can also add some spices like cumin seed,dmania and red chillies in blending. It is also very tasty but hear I don't use spices because NY kids not like that so hear I give my dish with out spices.
