Exercise is ideal to reduce stress and anxiety through the release of hormones called endorphins, also known as happiness hormones. These induce well-being and regulate our levels of physical pain acting as a natural tranquilizer and allow the relaxation of the muscles and evidently of the stres, I particularly like to go up paths, then walk and end up with a picnic the best of the best or else a yoga day
