I present a very simple recipe for any occasion, but very healthy, since it contains vitamins, minerals, fiber, proteins and antioxidants.
Thai-style tuna and lettuce rolls.
Ingredients:
2 cans tuna with water, drained
1/2 cup carrots cut in julienne
1/4 cup of radishes cut in quarters
1/4 cup of finely chopped scallions
1/4 cup of sweet and sour sauce
2 teaspoons of soy sauce
8 leaves of lettuce
Preparation:
1-The lettuce leaves have to be complete, they will make the tortilla function.
2-Cut the vegetables into julienne.
3-To unite the vegetables with the tuna, to place on the leaves, to add the sauce and to roll up.
Ready to eat.
Everything looks good but what are the veggies on the plate in part #2? They don't match the ingredients list? Also do you have a recipe for the dip? Thanks
