My skin hates me, but I find a direct link between what I eat and how my skin reacts. If I'm on a fast food binge, my face breaks out like a teenager. If I eat healthy and drink a ton of water (which I'm guilty of almost never doing), it clears up quite a bit in a matter of days.

I also find a squeeze of lime juice or some cut up berries in my water makes a huge difference in how much I drink as well. I'm cheap, so coconut water isn't in my budget lol
